Suits: Season 1 Episode 5

Mike, the associate, receives a phone call from his friend, Trevor, in jail, leading to Mike being late to meeting with Harvey. Struggling to make it to a meeting with Harvey’s client, the driver gets involved in a car accident with a cab driver when he allegedly ran a red light.

The cab driver represents himself in court after deciding to sue Harvey and the limo driver. The cab driver makes a claim that the limo driver was in a rush after Mike’s late arrival.

Everyone is well aware of the reckless taxi drivers that roam the streets every day. Many accidents occur due to the negligence that many taxi drivers have. This is what exactly happened in Houston, TX, which unfortunately led to the death of four. Officials claim that 31-year old Million Zeghergis, a taxi driver, was illegally intoxicated when he ran a red light and struck car filled with multiple passengers.

Luckily, one of the passengers, Shanumati Bhatt, survived the car crash but is in stable condition at Memorial Hermann Hospital. Her husband is one of the four that died at the scene of the crash.

The family was driving through an intersection between Beechnut Street and Snyott Road in a Honda Civic on a Sunday at 10 p.m. The police measured Zerghergis’ blood alcohol level at 0.107, which is more than Houston’s 0.08 BAC legal level. Zerghergis was driving in a dodge van that belonged to Champion Town Car company. He was not injured from the accident.
