Ringwood, NJ - Our client was dropping off a package to a company on March 17, 2014. The Store Manager brought his dog to work with him on the day of the accident. The dog jumped up and bit our client's arm and pushed him back. When he was falling he reached out his right hand to brace his fall, but the force of the fall caused him to snap and fracture his wrist. The dog bite also left a large scar on our client's arm. During the deposition, our firm was able to get our client a settlement of $75,000 from the dog owner and business owner for his personal injuries.
