Hazlet, NJ - In January 2015, our client was a restrained driver traveling northbound on Beers Street, in Hazlet, NJ. The defendant was traveling westbound on Clark Street. When our client was proceeding through the intersection of Clark and Beers, the defendant failed to notice our client’s vehicle was traveling North, ran the stop sign on Clark Street and struck our client’s vehicle, which caused significant injuries to his neck and lower back. The injuries were so severe that the client required surgery to his lower back in order to alleviate his pain and suffering. After the client was done treating our office drafted and sent out a settlement package to the defendant’s insurance carrier who settled the case just prior to our office instituting litigation.
