Bloomfield, NJ - In August 2015, at our client was the restrained driver going northbound on the Garden State Parkway. The defendant was also headed northbound. The defendant attempted to make a lane change, heading into a center lane, but failed to notice a third vehicle behind our client’s vehicle and struck it on its passenger side, creating a ripple effect of swerving, erratic steering, and further resulting in a second and third collision, culminating in a fourth collision with our client swerving across the roadway and colliding with the passenger side of a fourth vehicle. As a result of the accidents, our client suffered an injury to his knee which required surgery to repair the damage. Our office was able to recover enough money to cover liens and the remaining amount of money on the defendant’s policy after she paid out on the property damage claim.
