Old Bridge, NJ - In December 2014, our client was the restrained passenger in a car driven by her spouse. They were heading east on Texas Road in Old Bridge, NJ. The defendant was in the same lane behind another vehicle which was behind our client’s vehicle. Our client stopped for the traffic at the intersection with Marlboro Road, when the defendant failed to stop his vehicle accordingly and as a result, collided with the vehicle in front of him which then pushed that vehicle into our client’s car. The client sustained injuries to her neck and lower back. Our firm was able to settle this case prior to the institution of litigation for the defendant’s policy limits.
