An overturned car at the intersection of Branch and Madison avenues in Red Bank tied up traffic Thursday.
Shortly before 11:30 a.m. om Thursday, a black car overturned when its driver attempted to make a left onto Madison Avenue while traveling northwest on Branch Avenue, witnesses stated.
The car came to a rest on its driver's side, just feet from a utility pole on Madison Avenue.
The driver of the vehicle was able to communicate with good samaritans who stopped to help until emergency responders could arrive.
