Joseph M. Ghabour, Esq.

Joseph M. Ghabour is an accomplished attorney and distinguished alumnus of the CUNY School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2003, following a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University in 1998.

His legal career commenced at the esteemed Gentile & Associates in New York, where he gained invaluable experience during and subsequent to his law school tenure. Mr. Ghabour has dedicated his educational and professional endeavors to the specialty of Personal Injury Law, marking a steadfast commitment to this field.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Ghabour is deeply integrated into his community, both as a devoted family man and as an active deacon and Sunday School teacher at the Coptic Orthodox Church of St. Mark in Jersey City. His commitment to community service extends through hosting personal injury seminars, mentoring students at both college and law school levels, and offering pro bono legal services. Furthermore, Mr. Ghabour lends his expertise as a legal advisor to various charitable organizations and non-profits, emphasizing his belief in the importance of community engagement.

Mr. Ghabour is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Florida, including the US District Court of New Jersey. He holds memberships in several prestigious legal associations, including the Hudson County Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Florida State Bar Association, American Bar Association, New Jersey Association for Justice, and the Coptic Lawyers Association.

His excellence in the legal field has not gone unrecognized; Mr. Ghabour was honored with inclusion in the 2013 Rising Stars List by SuperLawyers, an accolade awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys in New Jersey. Additionally, his contributions and professional ethos were highlighted in New Jersey Monthly Magazine. In a notable appointment in 2022, the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey selected Mr. Ghabour to serve on the District IV (Hudson County) Ethics Committee, further testament to his integrity and standing within the legal community.
